Kalalau Hike on Kauai

profile of the cliffs way up there where we will end up	typical vegetation on the left side of the trail on the hike in	a sample of the dangerous undertow-- look at how smooth the water is yet you can see the stirred up sand in the water

a look back from where we came (about halfway through the hike)	some nice waves	closer now to our destination

our destination is getting closer	this bird was sitting perfectly on a branch with the ocean behind it but then moved to the trail before i could take the picture. drat.	yup. more waves.
